We are looking for highly motivated and driven Sales Account Managers to join our growing team working on the Onshift side of Shiftkey. OnShift is a SaaS organization within the healthcare industry specifically postacute and longterm care. We have a suite of products that we sell to our customers and take an a la carte approach. As an Account Manager you would be responsible hunting/mining new clients and accounts as well as cultivating longterm relationships with clients in your designated territory. You must have excellent communication along with negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Where youll work
During the training period this position will require you to be onsite Monday through Friday. Following the completion of training the role will transition to a hybrid schedule with the expectation of working onsite at our Irving office three days per week and remotely from home two days per week.
What youll be doing
Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends
Work with implementation team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Partner with Client Success to resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner
Build strong longlasting client relationships
Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth
Build relationships with existing clients and uncover needs for additional services
Grow your assigned territory through outbound activity including cold calling following up on leads and generating referrals
Identify prospective clients needs for workforce management software
Successfully complete demo certification for all SaaS products offered
What youll need
2 Years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or other clientfacing roles demonstrating a focus on building relationships and solving problems.
Proficient understanding and practical knowledge of CRM software with one year of handson experience (Salesforce a plus)
You have excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
You are data driven (excel reports etc.
You have proven work experience in a team environment
You deliver clientfocused solutions
You are selfmotivated and thrive in a resultsdriven environment
You are a natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity
