Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a product manger who understands software communicates clearly and effectively leads teams to high levels of . This work isnt for everyone as it can be demanding and requires commitment to learning and challenging yourself every day. tackle unique complex problems tied to specific customer needs based on mission success criteria that change from project to project
learn and comprehend the architecture of a deployed operational web application in order to provide oversight and management of continued application development
engage with other team leadership in shortterm and longterm planning
provide technical direction and make final decisions on path forward for the product
facilitate collaboration between and run weekly planning meetings for internal multidisciplinary teams
provide weekly onsite support for development activities and customer events
build relationships with government program offices and their product staff
devise iterative roadmaps for program increments within the Agile SAFE framework
attend and represent the project at program meetings (weekly quarterly)

3 years experience as an individual contributor on a fullstack web application
5 years experience as a product manager
familiarity with an issuetracking system (e.g. Jira Gitlab)
the ability to balance and sort through competing product needs

Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Independently execute task assignments.
Designs algorithms using modern theory and proven techniques adheres to software best practices.
Analyzes designs to demonstrate performance and functionality.
Develops and executes software tests to check compliance with requirements.
Prepares technical data procedures reports drawings manuals and other required documentation.
Communicates with customers and stakeholders to establish requirements and describe the design and deliverables.
Drives solutions to complex problems actively participate in requirements development propose ways forward and adapt appropriately to changes in requirements.
Contributes to system architecture decisions and leads the architecture of subsystems.
Provides insight and suggest adaptations or modifications to processes and/or applications based on quantitative data or results.
Identifies project technical risks and develops and executes mitigation strategies.
Actively mentors less experienced staff and provides thoughtful constructive feedback.
Lead a small team of software developers on projects.
Skills/Abilities
Curiositydriven approach to solving complex customerdriven problems as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate an ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly.
Collaborate and communicate effectively and openly with multidisciplinary program team members program leadership and nontechnical personnel.

Education
Requires a bachelors in Computer Science or other related field. Masters degree is preferred.
Experience
510 years experience in Software Engineering or related field.
