Facilitation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs):Lead and facilitate the ART ceremonies and processes including PI Planning System Demos Inspect and Adapt workshops and Scrum of alignment synchronization and integration across multiple Agile teams and and Communication:Serve as a liaison between Product Management Development and other collaboration manage dependencies and facilitate resolution of PI Planning and :Guide the teams and stakeholders in understanding priorities roadmaps and timelines during PI and track progress facilitate decisionmaking and help remove impediments during PI .Continuous Improvement:Coach teams Scrum Masters Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices and SAFe continuous improvement through the Inspect and Adapt process retrospectives and other feedback and Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of ARTs and Agile regular updates progress reports and transparency across the Management:Identify risks dependencies and impediments that affect the ART and facilitate appropriate manage and mitigate risks to ensure successful experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar role in Agile software development preferably within a SAFe understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban XP) and scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe LeSS).Excellent facilitation communication and collaboration to influence and lead teams towards continuous improvement and delivery SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certifications are preferred.
