Established group seeking an Radiologist MSK / Body in Winter Haven FL 1hr from Orlando!

- Busy Outpatient private practice in central Florida
- Group Consists of 9 Radiologists
- 3 Locations total Winter Haven Davenport and Lake Wales
- Group is over 25 years old
- Utilizing the latest stateoftheart imaging equipment and subspecialtytrained radiologists

Job Description:
- Location: Winter Haven FL 1hr from Orlando)
- Cross Sectional Radiologist Body / MSK
- Fellowshiptrained crosssectional radiologist in an outpatient setting
- Should have expertise in interpreting Xray DEXA CT MRI PET CT and Ultrasound images etc..
- Focus on musculoskeletal and body imaging and potentially interventional radiology procedures a plus
- Schedule: 8am 5pm Monday through Friday. ZERO CALL OR WEEKENDS
- Interpret and report on a wide range of crosssectional imaging studies including Xray DEXA CT MRI Mammography Nuclear Medicine PET CT and ultrasound.
- Volume: Typically about 50 reads per day
- Provide expert consultations to referring physicians regarding imaging findings and treatment options.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and case discussions.
- Contributes to the development and refinement of imaging protocols.
- Potentially perform or assist with interventional radiology procedures such as imageguided biopsies and injections (not required)
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient imaging studies and reports.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and imaging services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in crosssectional imaging techniques and technologies.
Background Profile:
- Ability to have a Florida State Medical License
- Boardcertified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
- Fellowship training in crosssectional imaging with a focus on musculoskeletal and body imaging.
- Experience in interventional radiology procedures (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Current MQSA certification.
