This newly created highimpact role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside its President and Management Committee driving the firms business strategy and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership Drive efficiency and strategic decisionmaking by optimizing processes managing resources integrating necessary technology managing facilities and ensuring seamless daytoday operations.
- Financial Management Oversee budgeting and ensure budget compliance contract negotiations financial planning and resource allocation to ensure the firms financial health and profitability.
- People Management Leads recruitment talent development and employee relations to ensure a skilled motivated workforce aligned with the firms goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of leadership experience in managing operations teams and strategic initiatives within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
- 8 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong leadership excellent judgment strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- A selfstarter with the ability to work and make decisions independently within the scope of their responsibilities.
- The position requires fulltime presence onsite at the firms offices located in Salt Lake City Utah.
