With full remote working on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
- Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of residential property sale and purchase cases from instruction through to completion
- Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from your Team Leader
- Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
- Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Provide proactive communication to keep customers partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
RequirementsAll our teams work to exacting standards and so were looking for friendly and diligent Residential Property Lawyers with the following:
- Qualified with 3 years experience in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase leasehold sales and purchases
- Ambition to develop their conveyancing experience and skills
