Claims Production Professional I
Work from home within Oregon Washington Idaho or Utah
Start Date for this role is June 9 2025
Starting Pay for Claims Production Professional I is $17.85 $19.75 an hour depending on location and experience.
Our training program typically lasts 12 weeks divided into segments with breaks inbetween. Here is an overview of what you can expect:

Every day Cambias dedicated team of Claims Production Professionals is living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the Claims team our Claims Production Professional process claims accurately apply contract benefits and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely support all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of office experience ideally in health insurance claims or a medical office setting (or a combination of education and experience thats just as strong).
Computer experience required including MS Office skills (Word Outlook Excel) or equivalent.
Skills and Attributes:
Basic math skills
Keyboarding skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Thrive under pressure meeting deadlines and quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Adapt to changing workload priorities and system/procedural changes.
Analyze and process claims accurately and timely.
Apply benefits correctly following established rules and edits.
Complete training and other duties as assigned.
Meet department performance expectations for quality and production.
Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure clear audit trails and reprocess claims as needed.

The expected hiring range for a Claims Production Professional I is $17.85 $19.75 an hour depending on skills experience education and location; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
The bonus target for this position is 5.
