Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: 51500
Hours: 41 hours per week (including 18 supernumerary hours)

Our client a well beautiful nursing home providing highquality care for older adults with nursing and dementia care needs is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager to join their dedicated team. With a Good CQC rating this service is committed to ensuring a warm supportive environment where residents receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nursequalified professional with leadership experience to step into a key management position. Working closely with the management team the Deputy Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and operational efficiency within the service.

  • A Registered Nurse (NMC Pin essential) with experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of dementia and general nursing care and best practices within a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of personcentred care ensuring dignity respect and compassion remain at the heart of all practices.
  • Lead and support staff with training development and revalidation processes.
  • Manage clinical governance and ensure highquality documentation and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents their families and external professionals to enhance the quality of care.
