Profile CNC Operator
Qualification Diploma mech.
Experience Min. 3 yrs. in manufacturing industry

Job Description
Load workpieces tools and fixtures into the machine.
Set zero points tool offsets and work offsets.
Operate CNC machines (turning milling or both) as per production schedule.
Ensure proper clamping and alignment of the job.
Load and run CNC programs from the control panel (Fanuc Siemens Haas etc..
Make minor edits to Gcode/Mcode programs if permitted.
Call the correct tool paths and verify tool numbers.
Inspect and change cutting tools when worn out or broken.
Measure tool life and report replacements when required.
Ensure correct tool holders and inserts are used.
Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers micrometers height gauges and dial indicators.
Check dimensions and surface finishes as per drawing or inspection plans.
Document inprocess inspection reports and maintain quality standards.
