We are seeking an Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities outlined are a guide only and may evolve over time. The successful candidate will oversee Soft Services Building Services Technical Management OHS Utilities and Capital Expenditure. This includes managing policies budgets cost control contracts and ensuring legal compliance with the OHS Act. The role involves managing facilities upkeep of the portfolio maintenance staff contractors and liaising with consultants for best practices. The manager will handle handbacks beneficial occupation tenant installations and ensure timely maintenance programs are presented for rectification.

- Point of contact between tenant and Landlord as relates to ALL Facilities matters including but not limited to Technical Building Services TIs plans utilities soft services etc.

Requirements
- Project Management or technical / trade qualification
- 56 years experience in Project Management and/or Facilities and operations Management
- MS Office
- Excel
- MDA Property Management System
