Job Description
Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highlyskilledLead Mechanic Systemsforone of its clientsinEverett Seattle Washington. Position Title: Lead Mechanic Systems
Location: Everett Seattle Washington
Contract Type: Full Time 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)
Job Overview: The LeadMechanic oversees the maintenance tasks in the service repair and overhaul ofaircraft to insure airworthiness. Ensures timely completion of tasks andprovides training and mentorship for an assigned function area. Assists withMaintenance Supervisor responsibilities for short periods of time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all tasks are promptly completed in compliance with federalregulations customer guidelines and company policies.
- Reviews required customer and FAA paperwork to ensure proper maintenanceupdates and compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Leads the maintenance preventative maintenance or alteration of orapprove and return to service any aircraft or part thereof only for whichthat Lead is rated and has satisfactorily performed the work concerned at anearlier date.
- Performs maintenance tasks as required and becomes an active member ofthe crew.
- Conducts crew meetings to ensure communication regarding work safetyand quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs Delegated Inspector duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four 4 years recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/orMRO experience preferred.
- Applicable Repairman Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P)certification required.
- Engine Remove and Reinstallation /Troubleshooting
- Pneumatics Troubleshooting
- Gear Remove and Reinstallation /Troubleshooting
- Experience on 737/767/Airbus
