As an Deficiency Balance Charge Off Specialist in our Collections Team you will take ownership of each customer interaction demonstrating empathy and respect. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal departments and contribute to a team that values efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a call center environment through phonebased interactions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
  • Communicate effectively in a metricsdriven environment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy by demonstrating proficiency in talking and typing.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and resolve customerrelated matters promptly.
  • Utilize an automatic dialing system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills for effective interaction.
  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Previous experience in the auto industry is helpful.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced consistently changing environment.
  • Basic skip tracing experience is strongly preferred.
  • 1 years of collection experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona and be willing and able to work a hybrid work schedule. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
