As an Deficiency Balance Charge Off Specialist in our Collections Team you will take ownership of each customer interaction demonstrating empathy and respect. Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a call center environment through phonebased interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
- Communicate effectively in a metricsdriven environment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide comprehensive support.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy by demonstrating proficiency in talking and typing.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and resolve customerrelated matters promptly.
- Utilize an automatic dialing system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills for effective interaction.
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills to address customer inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Previous experience in the auto industry is helpful.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced consistently changing environment.
- Basic skip tracing experience is strongly preferred.
- 1 years of collection experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
Work Schedule:
Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona and be willing and able to work a hybrid work schedule. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
