Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise ID 83705
Job Description:
Optsy training
Meeting and greeting little foot traffic through front door
Receiving packages
Data Entry
Pulling/Running Reports
Creating shipping labels and preparing small packages for shipping
Purchasing/Ordering equipment and office supplies
General building maintenance
Setting appointments
Google Workspace Admin
Assisting with planning group functions events community involvement and fundraising
Hours: Monday Friday
8 am to 5pm; 1 hour lunch
Pay: $16$17 per hour DOE

Administrative Assistant needed immediately! Local and established Boisearea Company needs an experienced dependable & hardworking Administrative Assistant. This position is a long term and fulltime employment opportunity for well qualified applicants. We need a team player who can integrate with the team immediately and show a positive impact.
Compensation: $16.00 $17.00 per hour
