Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing topnotch service and support. As a Call Center Representative you will engage with customers through various channels including phone email and chat ensuring that their inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing challenging conversations.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
- Assist customers with order placements adjustments and inquiries about their accounts.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
