Hybrid:Required 2 days (Mon &Tue) subjected to change as per business needs
The resource is required for ITSAppDev to implement & support the new Case Management System (CMS)
System built inhouse for supporting the OHCW Waiver & SRS Program members. The purpose of the application is to develop one comprehensive system used by all
Ohio Home Care Waiver (OHCW) case managers(CMAs) and Specialized Recovery Services Program (SRSP) recovery managers (RMAs)
to assist individuals who qualify and are enrolled in the program in developing a PersonCentered Service plan to identify services specific to their individual needs.
The scope of the resources work includes Salesforce System development workflow design & documentation and will also be working on linking with the current ODMs
Salesforce applications.
