• $22$35 per hour based on experience (FullTime)
• Day Shift: Monday Friday

• Install manage and improve security systems including access control video surveillance security cameras and audio/video intercom systems
• Test installed equipment provide basic programming/setup and customer training
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair as per client maintenance agreements and/or warranties
• Troubleshoot diagnose and repair systems and equipment
• Respond professionally to phone email voicemail and written work orders
• Issue and track work orders working closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution of service issues
• Update and document the status of all work performed
• Operate safely and adhere to OSHA Safety Standards
• Perform additional Security Technician and related functions as assigned

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lowvoltage maintenance and ability to pass skill assessments
• Experience installing cabling including conduit installation
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school or internship completion preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to maintain insurability
• Proficiency with computers laptops and smartphones
• Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients vendors and coworkers
• Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and anticipate needs
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions correspondence memos blueprints and floorplans
• Professional attitude and demeanor demonstrated through prompt followthrough attendance organizational value adherence and confidentiality

• Frequent sitting standing climbing and lifting (regularly 50 pounds and at times up to 100 pounds)
• Operating various machinery
• Work performed both indoors and outdoors

• Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Jacksonville FL or the surrounding area for this job
