As a profitablestartup with a focus on growth V2i provides comprehensive solutions forsimulations measurements certifications and monitoring related to mechanicalstructures.

Thanks to theirexperience and involvement in numerous R&D projects they can correlatesimulations with measurements in addition to possessing various environmentaltesting capabilities. They have also developed their own acquisition andmonitoring systems to meet complex data acquisition and monitoring needs.

Theircommitment to innovation and excellence enables them to deliver cuttingedgetechnologies to sectors such as manufacturing aerospace energy automotiveand civil engineering.

V2i has adiverse client portfolio including industry leaders in aerospace defensetransportation and manufacturing.

As part ofexpanding their footprint in these markets they are in search of a dynamic andexperienced Director of Sales and Marketing. This individual will play apivotal role in driving sales nurturing client relationships and spearheadingthe commercial structuring of V2i. There is a significant opportunity for thechosen candidate to shape and build the entire commercial landscape for V2ifrom the ground up.

Your role

As the Director of Sales and Marketingyour main objective is to drive the companys revenue growth by acquiringadditional clients in key markets with a focus on industrial a part of the managing team you will play a pivotal role in shaping thecompanys future initially executing activities independently and laterbuilding and managing a team as the company grows. You will be based in Ligewith travel accounting for 20 across Europe.

Commercial Leadership:

Collaboratewith the leadership team to design and execute strategic sales plans to achieverevenue objectives.

Identifyand pursue new business opportunities working closely with the leadershipteam.

Defineand implement means (processes methods tools and organization) to achieveset goals explore new markets advise teams and close deals.

Contributeto product development based on customer needs.

Coach/mentor/orchestratecommercial efforts fostering collaboration with technical profiles within thecompany.

Product Knowledge:

Acquiresufficient technical knowledge of the companys products and services.

Stayupdated on industry trends competitive products and market conditions tomaintain a competitive edge.

Providetechnical expertise and guidance to clients regarding the application of monitoringand ZDM solutions with support from internal technical references.

Customer Relationship Management:

Activelyprospect new clients through inbound and outbound marketing strategies (visitsexhibitions training webinars etc..

Cultivaterelationships with key decisionmakers in potential client organizations.

Establishand maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seekingopportunities to expand business (crossselling upselling).

Representthe company at events conferences or exhibitions.

Your profile

10years of experience in selling hightech products and services with anexisting network in at least one of the following domains: manufacturing industry aerospace defence space

Mastersdegree in engineerin

Quicklearner with excellent oral and written English good knowledge of French. Knowledgeof Dutch is a plus.

Abilityto translate technical data into business language and collaborate withtechnical profiles understanding their profession and needs.

Entrepreneurial/PMEexperience is a plus.

Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.

Structuredorganized analytical and synthetic.

Initiativetaker with the ability to generate new ideas within a defined framework.

Flexiblecapable of adapting to organizational needs and going beyond the strict contentof the job description.

Resultsorientedautonomous ambitious capable of implementing new processes in an existingstructure.

Collaborativeteam player.
