Hiring Travel Nurses (RN) Premium Rates!
Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of patients Join BAYADA at Inspira Home Health as a Travel Nurse where youll play a crucial role in setting the stage for successful patient care safe transitions and positive outcomes for patients leaving Inspira Hospitals.
Join our team of travel nurses (RN) where you can build the flexible schedule that works for you! Weekends weekdays evenings we will work with your availability.
This position is a 13week commitment (with option to extend) that allows you the flexibility to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Cumberland Gloucester and Salem Counties.
We provide a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Travel Nurse with BAYADA at Inspira you will:
- Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home.
- Conduct admissions (Start of Care) visits as well as perform case management as needed.
- Perform multiple visits per day throughout the region focusing on 1:1 care with each patient.
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing intervention and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan including administration of medication wound care treatments and comfort care.
- Perform client assessments provide education to the patient and/or their family and monitor patients condition.
Requirements:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ.
- Previous home health experience required.
- Must commit to a 13week assignment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month.
- OASIS experience required; previous HCHB experience preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
- Ability to deliver patient care with compassion excellence and reliability.
Compensation:
- Based on experience and type of visit.
- $170175 for Start of Care (SOC) visits
