What you will be doing:
- Observe and evaluate patients/residents and report any changes in condition
- Support nursing assessments and assist in developing care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments
- Supervise unlicensed personnel and monitor delivery of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Experience you will need:
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program
- Active or pending LPN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required for skilled nursing or as mandated by the state)
- Ability to work collaboratively with RNs and unlicensed support staff
- Strong attention to detail documentation and patient monitoring
