*Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities (order to cash process) on SAP Public Cloud ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into SAP SD configurations and solutions.
- Work with crossfunctional teams (e.g. SAP MM SAP FICO) to ensure integrated solutions.
- System Design and Integration:
- Design and deliver solutions for order management sales order processing pricing billing and shipping in SAP Public Cloud.
- Collaborate with integration teams for seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Customization and Enhancement:
- Customize SAP SD settings such as sales order types pricing conditions credit management and delivery processing to meet client specifications.
- Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide postimplementation support to resolve issues related to SAP SD processes and configuration.
- Offer training and support to endusers ensuring successful adoption of SAP SD in the cloud environment.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations customizations and project progress.
- Prepare status reports and assist in the creation of user guides and manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive handson experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) including SAP Public Cloud solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of the sales order process pricing billing and shipping in SAP SD.
- Familiarity with SAP integration points with other modules such as SAP MM SAP FICO and SAP CRM.
*Mandatory skill sets:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in SAP SD including working on cloudbased implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
- Proven experience in configuring SD processes managing projects and providing support in an SAP environment.
*Preferred skill sets:
Certifications: SAP certifications in SAP SD or related modules (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution).
Experience with SAP Activate methodology for SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
