KONE is looking for a Project Manager to join our Lift installation team in Scotland and North East. As a Project Manager you will be accountable for project scope cost and schedule management and delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives. You will be in daily contact with our clients subcontractors and your KONE colleagues keeping all parties working together smoothly.
Key accountabilities at the role:
What will help you to succeed in this role
Strong project management skills and previous experience as a Project Manager
You have preferably worked in the lift industry before. Project Management experience in engineering or construction industry would be considered as well.
Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment managing projects at a site level
Customer relationship management
Project financial management e.g. controlling costs
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Planning and analytical skills
Strong organisation skills
