Job Description
Tests calibrates/validates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at an Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Works on service support assignments with clearly defined objectives Performs technical duties that may require use of judgment Solves test repair calibration and refurbishment problems
which require technical knowledge.
May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification or equivalent combination of education and experience. No prior experience required. Move to next level as knowledge gained and demonstrated ability to work more independently.
