Job Description

Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Systems Analyst & DB Developer for a contract in Utah. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst with strong database experience to join our USAF DRILS program team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database management data analysis and systems integration. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to design implement and maintain database solutions that support the DRILS programs objectives.

This position is located in Ogden UT.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain robust database systems to support the DRILS programs data requirements. Ensure data integrity security and availability.
Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform decisionmaking and improve logistics processes.
Systems Integration: Collaborate with software developers engineers and other stakeholders to integrate database solutions with existing systems and applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for databaserelated issues. Assist in resolving system integration challenges and ensuring seamless data flow.
Ensure compliance with USAF and DoD data security standards and regulations. Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive information.
Extract data via Oracle SQL queries to support various program needs and data analysis requirements.
Manage DRILS data interfacing between Air Force systems to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
Provide customer support to users of the DRILS program addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Sustain and maintain a ColdFusionbased Air Force maintenance system ensuring its continued functionality and performance.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in database management data analysis and systems integration. Experience with USAF or DoD programs is a plus.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
o Strong knowledge of SQL and database query optimization.
o DRILS database experience.
o Oracle SQL.
o ColdFusion.
o Air Force interface experience.
Must have or be able to obtain Security certification in 90 days upon hire.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience working with crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the USAF DRILS program.
Desired qualifications/nonessential skills required:
Experience with cloudbased database solutions (e.g. AWS Azure).
Familiarity with USAF logistics and readiness processes.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.


CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78400.00 $173500.00.
