Real Estate Solicitor

Were looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join our Blume Business Solutions team in Bradford (BD4 on a permanent basis Hybrid working minimum 2 days office based.

As part of the continued growth of our Legal Operations Team at Liberty Blume we are excited to announce an opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join our Real Estate team during this period of expansion and change.

In this role you will manage your own portfolio of real estate matters using a case management system and leverage the latest technology to assist in your daily activities. You will be supported by a Team Manager and Senior Manager to ensure your continued growth and progression in your legal career.

What will you be doing

• Handling lease renewals licenses to alter assignments and other ad hoc real estate matters and key projects.
• Drafting negotiating and reviewing legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Conducting due diligence checks and preparing comprehensive reports in line with our clients Real Estate Manual.
• Staying updated on industry developments legal updates and best practices.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Participating in business development efforts including client presentations marketing and networking opportunities.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience.

• Drafting negotiating and reviewing legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail
• Conducting due diligence checks and preparing comprehensive reports in accordance with our clients Real Estate Manual
• Staying updated on industry developments legal updates and best practices
• Building and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Participating in business development efforts including client presentations marketing and networking opportunities

Preferred

• Supporting junior colleagues by way of providing feedback and training
• Experience attending meetings with key stakeholders and third parties
