Job Description
MalaceHR is seeking a detailoriented and experienced Maintenance Planner to oversee and coordinate the planning and development of maintenance work orders. This role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while supporting the strategic objectives of our clients operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and interpret planning policies regulations and guidelines to support maintenance work planning.

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Facilities teams to develop and implement efficient and effective planning strategies.

Analyze data and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning policies and procedures.

Provide expertlevel guidance and planning insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Utilize the client s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP to plan schedule and manage materials and work orders.

Ensure proper coordination of manpower and materials to support mechanical maintenance efforts.

Support compliance with safety and operational regulations in all planning activities.
Qualifications
-
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years of planning experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in materials and manpower planning for a mechanical maintenance team.

Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in using CMMS systems preferably SAP.

Strong analytical organizational and strategic planning capabilities.

Soft Skills:
-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-
High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex planning tasks independently.
