You have a true knack for organization and thrive in dynamic environments Join us as a Personal Assistant in our CEOOffice. Youll be the goto partner for our CEO Florian and our CFO Daniel keeping them focused on what matters most and helping them stay sharp organized and ahead of the game. Your tasks will include:
- Calendar Communication & Relationship Management Oversee emails calendars and schedules arrange meetings with efficiency and foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operations & Administrative Precision Execute administrative responsibilities with accuracy manage recurring workflows like invoicing and maintain wellorganized digital filing systems.
- Travel & Event Logistics Plan and coordinate travel team events and offsite gatherings managing every detail from transportation to accommodations seamlessly.
Your profile
- You are looking for a parttime position (between 2030 hours per week)
- You bring first experience as a Personal Assistant in a dynamic fastpaced environment!
- You have very good German and English skills.
- You live in Berlin or are open to relocating for your new position.
- Youre a master of staying on top of things Juggling priorities hitting deadlines and adapting on the fly is second nature to you. Organized is your default setting.
- Youre a natural communicator whether its emails meetings or quick updates you know how to get the message across clearly and confidently to all kinds of people.
- You know how to keep things confidentia l Trusted with sensitive information No problem. You handle it all with professionalism and absolute discretion.
- Youre a proactive problemsolver You spot issues before they become problems and tackle them with smart techsavvy solutions and a structured mindset.
