Your mission
Coordination of technical facility management:
- Assume overall responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of building technology and infrastructure
- Carry out strategic planning and coordination of maintenance and servicing measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical installations
Fault management and emergency response:
- Manage and oversee fault management including rapid and effective response to faults
- Identify sources of faults and coordinate repairs to ensure smooth operation
- Proactively respond to emergencies to minimise risk and ensure site safety
Documentation and cost management:
- Create and manage detailed documentation on work and maintenance carried out
- Monitor and control maintenance costs including the processing of quotes and invoices
- Ensure precise cost centre allocation and budget control.
Coordination of service providers and project management:
- Manage and monitor external service providers and contractors in accordance with established quality standards
- Provide instruction and supervision during the of jobs
- Support and manage the planning and of projects in the field of building services engineering and infrastructure
Your profile
- You should have achieved state certification as a technician or master technician (in Germany) preferably in the field of electrical engineering or attained (a) comparable qualification(s) elsewhere
- Several years of professional experience in technical building management ideally in a managerial role
- Indepth knowledge of the maintenance and servicing of building technology and compliance with safety regulations
- A team player mindset combined with negotiation skills a strong customer focus and the ability to get things done
- Experience in fault management and the implementation of relevant emergency measures
- Strong organisational and communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience in managing and monitoring external service providers and contractors
