Your mission
- Organisation and coordination of the entire recruiting process
- Screening and preselection of incoming application documents
- Initial interviews with applicants
- Preparation of job advertisements
- Cooperation with personnel service providers
- Active participation in and organisation of job fairs
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially Word and Excel
- High level of trustworthiness and absolute discretion
- Ideally professional experience in applicant management and job interviews
- Independent careful and very accurate way of working
- Organisational skills
- Team and communication skills
