Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team at Van Subaru as a Subaru Sales Associate.This is a fulltime individual contributor role that will have a strong focus on sales in the retail auto industry. >>The ideal candidate will want to have a deep understanding and appreciation for the Subaru brand and will be responsible for promoting and selling Subaru vehicles to customers in the Greater Kansas City area.<<

Responsibilities:

As a Subaru Sales Professional you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. More specifically your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Conducting vehicle walkarounds and test drives with customers
Educating customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business
Managing and updating customer information in the dealerships CRM system
Working collaboratively with the sales finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Keeping uptodate with product knowledge features and options for all Subaru models
Participating in vehicle training programs and staying current with industry trends and developments
Attending sales meetings and conferences as required
Assisting with vehicle inventory management and display

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in sales or a related field is an asset
Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail or sales environment preferably in the auto industry
A valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with technology and CRM systems
Dedication to continuously learning and improving sales techniques
Passion for the Subaru brand and its products
