Job Description :
Record store and analyze information.
Calculate prepare and issue invoices and credits.
Research customer issues and resolve in a timely manner
Provide invoices at request
Provide audit data upon request
Perform necessary actions provided by the Collections and Customer Service departments to resolve customer billing issues.
Communicate with internal and external customers to process accurate bills and resolve conflicts
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
Must know general accounting principles to be able to provide revenue coding for manual invoices
Analyze customer data
Perform activations and termination of product as needed
Clear all pertinent billing errors to ensure bills process
Communicate to Order Management for pricing updates
Communicate with field service for asset management
Assist in process improvement and UAT test when needed
Supports all migrations transitions and acquisitions
Adhere to department policies procedures and expectations
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
24yrs years in billing customer onboarding or accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an aptitude to learn new computer programs
Working experience in Oracle preferred.
Demonstrated analytical skills and an inquisitive mind (including ability to ask curious questions and gather compile interpret & analyze data quickly)
Demonstrated communication skills (including active listening writing and emotional intelligence)
Detail oriented with demonstrated administrative and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to maintain confidentiality use discretion and make sound judgment
