Job Description
On behalf of our global client an international company delivering cuttingedge healthcare solutions we are seeking an experienced Team Leader Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join and lead a team working on a multiyear international IAM integration program.
In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and managing IAM solutions and leading a small team of specialists. You will also work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure secure effective and efficient identity management across a large and distributed organization.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Designing managing and developing IAM infrastructure within the organization.
- Leading a small IAM team and coordinating their work.
- Participating in a longterm multiyear project aimed at integrating IAM solutions across various group companies.
- Collaborating with external vendors (operations and support teams) and managing incident change and problem management processes.
- Monitoring optimizing and ensuring the security and performance of IAM systems.
- Handling ticket management and escalation processes related to IAM.
- Working handson with technologies such as Azure Cloud Active Directory (AD) Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Microsoft Entra ID PKI (AD) CyberArk BeyondTrust Windows Hello for Business Microsoft Defender Splunk and others.
- Preparing and implementing IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Cooperating with international teams and contributing to a globally distributed IAM environment.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in IAM roles (e.g. Senior IAM Engineer IAM Team Leader Technical Leader or IAM Manager).
- Strong knowledge and handson experience with Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IAM infrastructures.
- Understanding of IT security concepts and best practices related to IAM.
- Familiarity with at least half of the listed technologies (Azure AD AD Microsoft Entra CyberArk BeyondTrust MFA PKI Microsoft Defender etc..
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage both people and technical issues.
- Excellent English proficiency (B2/C1 level) spoken and written.
Nice to have:
- IAMrelated certifications (e.g. SailPoint Microsoft CyberArk or other IAM tools).
