Wissen Technology is now hiring Technical Developer Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle OCI Platform
Wissen Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Developer to join our team specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle OCI platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services and have handson experience in developing and managing integrations for Oracle SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development:
Design develop and manage inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle SaaS applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Ensure seamless integration of HCM with thirdparty providers like ADP and Mercer.
Technical Documentation and Process Management:
Prepare AIM documentation including technical specifications test scripts and change management documentation.
Conduct code reviews and manage the deployment process adhering to SDLC change management practices.
ERP Technical Architecture:
Work with Fusion ERP technical architecture and various modules such as Core HR GL AP AR FA CM and PO.
Handle technical aspects of Fusion ERP implementation and integration.
Web Services and Reporting:
Develop and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) for integration purposes.
Create and manage reports using BI Publisher including RTF design eText scheduling parameter handling bursting and backup/migration of reports.
Utilize additional reporting tools such as HCM Extract OTBI and Analysis Dashboard.
Data Transformation and Automation:
Use HDL for automating inbound data loads into HCM.
Develop and execute transformation formulas to meet business requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
ERP Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Oracle SaaS applications and Oracle ERP Cloud.
Proficiency in BI Publisher including report design and management.
Strong knowledge of SQL/PL SQL for database operations.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in developing web services (SOAP/REST).
Experience with full implementation lifecycles of at least two major projects.
Skilled in handling BI Publisher features like RTF design eText report scheduling and parameter handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record of managing technical documentation and SDLC change management processes.
Experience integrating ERP systems with thirdparty services and handling complex transformations.
Education:
or MCA with relevant technical certifications in Oracle ERP or related technologies.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
