Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations ensuring exceptional customer service driving sales and maintaining the visual and operational standards of the store. This role is perfect for someone passionate about retail and providing an unmatched shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage the overall operational budgetary and financial responsibilities of the store.
- Train and develop team members providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
- Maintain high store standards; ensure merchandise is presented according to company guidelines and the store is clean and wellorganized.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase footfall and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients vendors and the local community.
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends customer needs and profits for upper management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role preferably Jewellery experience.
- Strong understanding of sales management customer service and merchandising.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a highpressure environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or relevant field preferred.
