Job Description
Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance with knowledge of electrical plumbing and mechanical systems. The ability to troubleshoot problems and work efficiently is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with equipment fixtures and systems as they arise.
- Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing weeding trimming hedges and maintaining bushes.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and ensure functionality.
- Address and repair electrical wiring issues following safety protocols.
- Develop implement and maintain preventative maintenance procedures for all systems and equipment.
- Replace or repair various elements within units including drywall carpets wooden flooring grout etc.
- Perform unit inspections as needed ensuring compliance with standards and identifying any necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility in scheduling with availability for oncall duties as needed.
- Knowledge and experience in electrical plumbing and basic mechanical fixtures.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
