Job Description
Job Summary:
Audi Hampton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brand PreOwned Technician to join our team in Hampton Virginia. As a Full Time base plus commission Technician you will be responsible for repairing servicing and maintaining preowned luxury vehicles from brands such as Audi BMW Mercedes Lexus Land Rover and more! This individual contributor role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Full Time position with a very competitive base salary and commission structure. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance as well as paid time off and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of preowned luxury vehicles to identify and diagnose any issues or potential problems
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles
Stay uptodate with industry advancements and changes in technology through ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
VA State Inspector preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in the auto industry
ASE certifications preferred
Experience working with luxury brands preferred
Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
