RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers promptly
  • Obtaincustomer and vehicle information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work order
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Communicate updates with eachcustomer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop offs
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently who are waiting
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possible
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Dealership Service Consultant is a MUST!
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Above average energy level
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Good knowledge of automobiles
  • Positive friendly attitude
  • Must be able workSaturdays
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must have a clean criminal background and pass preemployment drug screen.
