We are seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive revenue growth by fostering strong relationships within our North American Channel Partner ecosystem. This role involves developing and executing strategic growth plans educating partners on our solutions and ensuring successful deployment of our products. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our partners helping them enhance customer value and increase revenue.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and Nurture Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Avigilon Partners focusing on mutual growth and value creation.
Solution Education and Value Proposition: Educate partners on Avigilon solutions highlighting how they can increase revenue and deliver more value to their customers. Track and report on account activities.
Growth Planning and : Collaborate with assigned Channel Partners to develop and implement yearly growth plans aiming to achieve Trusted Business Advisor status by adding value.
Operational Support: Assist partners with order processing and returns ensuring seamless transactions.
Training and Enablement: Ensure partner staff receive necessary training to successfully deploy Avigilon solutions.
Sales Support: Support Motorolas video sales activities by identifying nurturing and responding to sales opportunities.
Market Development: Identify new markets and assess enduser needs through channel partner activities working closely with partners to close opportunities.
Sales Objectives: Collaborate with territory leaders to establish quarterly and annual sales objectives for assigned partners.
Sales Tracking: Utilize lead and project tracking software to monitor sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Sales Executives Business Development Managers Product Specialists Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams.
Product Expertise: Continuously develop expertise on Avigilon and Motorola Solutions offerings to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 3 years of sales experience.
Proven experience in channel management and sales growth strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with sales tracking software and CRM systems.
Location & Travel Requirements:
Travel will be up to 50 of the time. This travel (car and air) will be within the territory with occasional travel outside the territory.
Ideal candidates reside in Illinois
Target Base Salary Range: $50700 $110400 USD
