Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations to conduct Cathodic Protection (CP) surveys.
- Utilize specialized equipment to survey project sites and collect accurate data.
- Locate and stake pipelines for inspections and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed field notes sketches measurements and survey reports.
- Ensure all survey equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions staying active and engaged.
Qualifications:
- 1 2 years of labor experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable using technology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while on the move walking locating and taking readings simultaneously.
- Comfortable with outdoor work able to walk 510 kilometers daily in various terrains.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a preaccess drug and alcohol test.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Monday to Friday with every second Friday off 9 hour shifts
- Frequent travel and overnight stays may be necessary.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Its a seasonal position that follows the maintenance lifecycle.
