YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Growth & Marketing Lead to join our SEE (Southeastern Europe) Growth team to help us boost and take to the next level acquisition and engagement initiatives.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Design and coordinate a bestinclass of the local growth strategies adapting global playbook to local needs via a test & learn approach
  • Lead local acquisition and retention projects from ideation to in complete autonomy working with the HQ crossfunctional and local teams for a seamless implementation to deliver the agreed Growth goals
  • Be the country point of contact for the above projects creating advocacy and consensus among internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and assess the assigned projects impact on Growth budget and country P&L ensuring the most efficient and effective allocation of resources
  • Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects to measure success providing the appropriate visibility to the regional leadership team plus local and HQ stakeholders
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis data mining and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our consumer products identify growth opportunities and execute projects to drive growth and engagement
  • Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/nondigital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets.
  • Track the Market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Build success stories and best practices to be shared with other regional teams.

You have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Math Engineering Stats or Quantitative field
  • 34 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the Ecommerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and nondigital channels
  • Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and passion for endtoend project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
  • Stakeholder management: capacity to influence decisionmaking resolve conflicts and ensure project success while balancing stakeholder priorities
  • Handson attitude: Youll have to roll up your sleeves!
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets (is a must)
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
