Job Overview:
Responsible to provide excellent Customer Service to all internal and external Customers of Give & Go in accordance with the departments target objectives.
***Please note this is a 6month contract***
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the endtoend Customer Order process for both manual & EDI POs ensuring the timely and accurate order entry coordinate pickup or delivery facilitate accurate invoicing and resolve any enroute customs and/or transportation issues
- Develop and build strong positive relationships with external Customers / Brokers and internal key stakeholders such as Sales Finance Shipping and Demand Planning in a professional and efficient manner
- OS&D Management; Over shorts and damages as identified by Customers or Sales in determining root cause and providing a solution
- Communicate regularly with Planning Dept Production QA and Shipping to ensure Customer requests are met
- Look for best practices with established processes and procedures sharing knowledge transfer with coworkers and documenting SOPs for all department processes
The Recipe for Success:
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of customer service in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional time management and followup
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize issues & provide solutions
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel SharePoint)
- Able to handle interruptions and distractions effectively setting appropriate priorities to get the job done
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and composure with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work effectively independently with management and as part of a team to meet targets
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to provide helpful solutions to customer issues
