About the role:
Are you passionate about revolutionizing manufacturing through Industry 4.0 Do you thrive on designing and implementing automation solutions from concept to We are seeking a highly skilled Industry 4.0 & Expert to drive the digital transformation of our heat pump production facilities. This role requires a handson expert who can seamlessly integrate automation technologies optimize production efficiency and lead endtoend digitalization projects in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
This is Wrocaw based B2B consultant role.
What are the responsibilities
- IIoT & Smart Manufacturing: Implement machine sensors realtime data collection and IIoT solutions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and predictive maintenance.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless communication between PLM 3DX) ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MES systems to automate data flows.
- Automation System Design: Develop implement and optimize automation solutions for production lines including robotic systems PLC programming and machine connectivity.
- AI & Advanced Analytics: Leverage AIdriven solutions for quality control predictive analytics and manufacturing intelligence.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing IT and engineering teams to drive factory digitalization initiatives.
What do you bring to the team
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Automation Mechatronics Electronics Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of handson experience in industrial automation smart manufacturing and digitalization projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming SCADA IIoT and MES systems.
- Experience with robotics industrial networking and factory digitalization tools (e.g. SolidWorks CATIA DELMIA).
- Proficient in data integration across PLM ERP and MES systems to enable seamless automation (D365 preferable).
- Familiarity with AI applications in manufacturing such as predictive maintenance and process optimization.
