Role Summary:
We are hiring for an experienced Chief Manager – Finance to lead strategic financial operations at a rapidly growing fintech company. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in finance leadership roles preferably in supply chain finance or lending segments. This is a seniorlevel opportunity that offers exposure to strategic decisionmaking and direct collaboration with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all core financial functions including budgeting forecasting and reporting.

Manage financial audits statutory compliances and risk assessments.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and fundraising.

Collaborate with senior leadership on investment planning and business modeling.

Lead finance automation MIS structuring and cost optimization initiatives.

Handle investor reporting and presentations.

Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI/Statutory regulations applicable to fintech and lending space.
Required Qualifications:

CA / CWM / CFOlevel professional qualification is a must.

8 years of experience in core finance roles with leadership experience.

Prior experience working in fintech NBFCs or lendingbased organizations preferred.

Strong understanding of supply chain finance digital lending and financial compliance.

Analytical mindset with handson exposure to modern finance tools and platforms
