Job Description
Park Avenue Group is pleased to partner with a wellrespected and profitable midsize community bank in South Florida in their search for a VP Loan Operations Manager. In this key leadership role youll oversee all aspects of loan servicing including booking escrow insurance loan accounting and specialized servicing for a diverse loan portfolio. Acting as the primary backup to the SVP Director of Loan Operations youll ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage loan servicing processes ensuring accurate and timely transactions in the CORE system.
- Oversee escrow and insurance functions including flood compliance and vendor management.
- Lead servicing for complex loan products like Syndications SBA loans and SWAPs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits.
- Drive process improvements and implement new loan projects and technologies.
- Lead and motivate the Loan Operations team(direct reports of 4 Supervisors and 20 indirect staff) by fostering engagement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of advanced experience in loan servicing (residential consumer and commercial).
- Deep knowledge of loan regulations servicing processes and systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field preferred.
- Position is HYBRID 3 days inoffice and 2 remote.
