Job Summary:
The board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) administers conducts and evaluates behavioral assessments using evidencebased behavior services and designs behavior support plans based on assessment results. The BCBA works with students and staff members to create and review goals and objectives for student behavior and regularly monitors progress implementation of behavior plans and achievement of goals and objectives. They also collect and review behavioral data and make recommendations for students and staff members. The BCBA collaborates with other staff members to provide comprehensive behavioral services in alignment with the schools universal behavior program and multitiered systems of support (MTSS).

Work Environment: Work is normally performed in climate controlled environment with very limited exposure to extreme heat/cold poor ventilation fumes and gases. No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of job duties.
