Im currently assisting a well known multidisciplinary practice based in heart of London in their search for multiple Architectural Designers/Part II Assistant. The position is a long term contract minimum 6 months but likely 23 years. This is an Inside IR35 position with a rate circa 25/hr Umbrella depending on experience.
This is a fantastic chance to work highprofile projects within the Sports Leisure and Stadia sector. To be considered youll need experience of working on Stadia projects if you dont have the relevant specific stadium experience then experience on arenas or concert halls could work. Size isnt everything but in this case it is youll need to have a portfolio that reflects working on large scale projects over the years.
Initially youll be working on Stage 2 for a few current projects so a strong design background or experience would be ideal. This position isnt restricted to Stage 2 however youll need to be comfortable with working across RIBA stages 24 as some of the schemes are currently in planning and others require a more technically orientated individual.
Revit is the main software in use and fluency is a must. Experience with Rhino would be beneficial however Revit is the key software for this position.
