What You Will Bring
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Good interpersonal organizational analytical written and verbal communication skills
- Good personal computer skills i.e. Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to understand and use a variety of systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- High energy and ability to work in a fastpaced business environment
- Creative innovative and adaptive to change
- Auto Finance industry experience is a plus
- Must be a graduating senior a recent graduate who will be starting a graduate program in the fall of 2025 or a current graduate student obtaining a Masters degree
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

What to Expect
The Hyundai Capital America Summer Internship is a unique and robust 10week program that offers the ability to earn onthe job experience at a global organization. The interns will participate in projects support one of our headquartersbased departments and work closely with managers on current business initiatives and challenges. Each intern will be assigned to a project and will have a final presentation in front of HCAs leadership team. While at HCA interns will also have the option to participate in a variety of activities that will expose them to our unique corporate culture and core values.
The interns will be assigned to one of the following departments:
- Operations Strategy and Transformation
- Collections
- IT Strategy
- IT Application
- IT Infrastructure
- Sales
- Consumer Credit
- Corporate Strategy
- Service and Loyalty
- Central Data Office
- Mobility
What You Will Do
1. Project Management Successfully complete assigned department specific project
2. Strategy Development & Data Analysis Provide quantitative and analytical support for assigned
department
3. Presentation Creation Create final presentation at the end of the internship program for HCA
leadership team
4. All other adhoc projects and assigned duties
