Job Title: Chief Manager Marketing Automation
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Marketing Automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and managing endtoend automation campaigns across multiple channels including SMS email WhatsApp web push notifications and more. This role involves leveraging automation platforms to enhance customer engagement reduce dropoffs and deliver personalized experiences in realtime as well as for bulk and adhoc campaigns.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies.
Strong experience in managing automation platforms and tools including seamless integration with CRM systems and analytics tools.
Expertise in building testing and deploying automated campaigns across multiple channels.
Proficient in optimizing workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Skilled in personalization and segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.
Ability to monitor campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to partner with crossfunctional teams.
Knowledgeable in the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to drive customer acquisition engagement retention and reactivation.
- Plan and implement campaigns for realtime interactions dropoff recovery bulk messaging and adhoc communication.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems analytics tools and other relevant platforms.
- Build test and deploy automated campaigns for channels such as SMS email WhatsApp and web push notifications.
- Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness ensuring minimal errors and downtime.
- Leverage personalization and segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Report on performance to key stakeholders providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with content design and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Train and mentor team members to build internal expertise in marketing automation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and incorporate them into the strategy.
- Design and implement realtime campaigns triggered by customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
- Develop strategies to reduce dropoffs and improve customer retention using automated communication workflows.
