We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role:
- Design and implement custom solutions using Soft1 tools ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to develop and implement advanced technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business consultants providing technical insights and designing solutions for identified gaps.
- Provide training and ongoing technical support for customized Soft1 implementations.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement
Your Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably within ERP consulting implementation or software development.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server JavaScript ERP software.
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools and .NET is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Strong customeroriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
