TOPS Veterinary Rehab is looking for a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant excited to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.
As a Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant youll play an important role in pets lives by providing endtoend care for our precious patients. Your lifechanging work will range from the handson care of facilitating therapy treatments to support services including admitting and discharging patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Effectiveanimalhandling or animal handling training is a plus
- Be passionate about what you do
- Bewilling to communicate effectively
- Compassionately care for our client and their pets
- Ability to stand stoop bend twist kneel crouch for long periods of time and lift and/or carry animals of various sizes
- Flexible availability including evenings and Saturdays
- Preferred: Certification or eligible for certification in Veterinary Rehabilitation or experience in veterinary rehabilitation. We are willing to train a candidate with a strong foundation who is driven to grow and develop more technical skills
