About Us:
Asphalt Contractors Inc. is a fullservice paving contractor with over 45 years in the industry. Our maintenance division specializes in seal coating filling striping patching and longterm pavement preservation. Were a fastpaced familyowned business known for quality work reliable crews and longterm customer relationships.
Were looking for a dependable and motivated individual to help lead and oversee daily asphalt maintenance operations. This role could be handson in the field or a more supervisory position depending on your background and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daytoday asphalt maintenance operations including sealcoating filling and striping
Work with crews to ensure quality safety and efficiency
Assist with scheduling materials coordination and job preparation
Communicate with customers and internal team members as needed
Ensure jobs are completed on time and according to specifications
Participate in or oversee fieldwork depending on experience level
Help train and guide less experienced crew members
Ideal Experience:
Experience in asphalt maintenance or a related trade
Comfortable leading a crew or working toward leadership
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Knowledge of maintenance equipment and techniques preferred
Valid drivers license required
